These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any digital marketing, advertising, promotional campaign, influencer matching, and campaign management services provided by Roxservice Limited, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

2. Services

We provide digital marketing and advertising services, including influencer matching, campaign planning, creator coordination, content review, social media promotional campaign support, and reporting. The exact scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, and responsibilities for any paid work must be confirmed in writing.

3. Proposals and pricing

Website prices are starting points and may change based on campaign complexity, creator count, geography, platforms, timeline, content format, usage rights, and paid media requirements. Creator fees, ad spend, product samples, shipping, production expenses, platform tools, taxes, and third-party charges are separate unless a written proposal says they are included.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate product, service, pricing, claim, brand, legal, and campaign information. Clients must review and approve campaign materials promptly and confirm that any claims about their products or services are truthful, supportable, and lawful in the relevant markets.

5. Influencer relationships

Influencers and creators are independent third parties unless expressly stated otherwise. We may support outreach and coordination, but we do not guarantee creator availability, acceptance, posting performance, sales results, platform reach, or audience behavior.

6. Compliance and disclosures

Campaign participants must follow applicable laws, advertising standards, platform rules, and sponsorship disclosure requirements. Sponsored or compensated content must be clearly disclosed where required. See our Influencer Disclosure Policy for additional campaign standards.

7. Approvals and revisions

Content review steps, revision limits, deadlines, and approval responsibilities will be agreed in the campaign scope. Delayed feedback, late approvals, missing assets, product shipment issues, or creator unavailability may affect delivery timelines.

8. Payments

Payment terms will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, service fees are payable before campaign execution begins. Third-party charges may require advance payment.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation rights and refund eligibility depend on the agreed scope and work already performed. Fees for completed work, reserved creator commitments, third-party costs, platform charges, and non-cancellable expenses are generally non-refundable.

10. Intellectual property

Ownership and usage rights for campaign content, creator content, strategy materials, and deliverables depend on the written scope and creator agreements. Clients must not assume unlimited usage rights unless those rights are expressly granted in writing.

11. Confidentiality

Each party should treat non-public business, campaign, pricing, creator, and client information as confidential unless disclosure is required for service delivery, legal compliance, or agreed campaign execution.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roxservice Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a paid service is limited to the service fees paid to us for the specific work giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Website use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at unreasonable volume, or use this website in a way that interferes with its normal operation.

14. Governing law

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
